One table, up to 2 reps = $350
Two tables, up to 2 reps = $550
Three tables, up to 2 reps = $700
Additional rep will be the cost of two breakfasts = $62
Electricity hook up = $50
AATs can have one table for $150. All who staff the table must register to attend the conference. An AAT liaison who is interested in purchasing a table can contact junko@psmla.org.
Exhibit representatives can go to sessions but their lunch is not included. If you would like to join us for lunch, please buy your lunch. It will give you the chance to network with members. AAT reps do not have to pay extra for lunches, because they register for the conference, and the lunches are included in the registration fee. The lunch price and the purchase button will be available in the future.

SHIPPING & RECEIVING
Companies the Seven Springs use and recommend include UPS, Federal Express and DHL. When shipping materials for conventions, shows, or meetings, allow at least one week prior to your scheduled arrival date to insure your materials are here when you check in. They have storage space.
Having your group name (PSMLA Conference 2023) and your name enables them to find your meeting room, hotel room and virtually eliminates the possibility of them not knowing where to deliver your package. When shipping materials to the resort, please address as follows:

- Please do not address your package to Shipping and Receiving Department. It will automatically be delivered to us.
- Please note that due to their remote location, UPS, Federal Express, and DHL do not deliver to their area until after 12 p.m. Federal Express Ground delivery is usually received between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m.
- There is NO Saturday delivery.
If you need something shipped from the resort, it is the guest’s responsibility to make arrangements for pick-up with the individual carriers, unless prior arrangements have been made with the Shipping and Receiving Department.
